The Logan Metro Sports Centre is an indoor sports centre located in the Brisbane suburb of Crestmead. The venue was home of former WNBL team Logan Thunder between 2008 and 2014, and then their replacement South East Queensland Stars in 2015/16.
The $17 million multi-purpose facility opened in September 2009. It features three courts with its main showcourt able to accommodate 2,000 spectators.
Located adjacent to the centre is the Logan Metro Sports Park which primarily hosts football. LMSEC is a multi-purpose centre offering a range of facilities to hire for your next event. Comprising of three indoor courts, a large indoor event space, meeting rooms and an onsite café, LMSEC can cater for your next function or event.
Logan Hospital is the major health centre servicing the Logan region in the state of Queensland and provides a range of speciality services for children and adults. Located at the corner of Armstrong and Loganlea Roads in Meadowbrook, Queensland, Australia. It provides acute medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and maternity services for children and adults. As of 2018, the emergency department is the second busiest in Queensland,[1] seeing more than 88,000 presentations each year.
Logan Hospital serves patients who are generally younger, have culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and have an income below the national median.[2] The hospital is affiliated with Griffith University. The hospital's services include mental health, palliative care, and the medical & surgical services of obstetrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics, ear nose & throat, paediatrics, respiratory medicine, neurology, endocrinology, cardiology, renal dialysis, anaesthetics, emergency medicine, specialist outpatient clinics, oral health, pathology, medical imaging, allied health services, and pharmacy.
Located within Logan Central's popular parkland, adjacent to the playground, kids can splash and play all day as this water play space is mostly under cover, and illuminates after dark with a stunning light show experience. An ideal family destination, there's plenty of seating provided including picnic tables, colourful benches and custom made concrete seats.
The new space has been beautifully landscaped with trees planted to provide future shade, and turf added to create an inviting green space, while aboriginal artwork on the arbour roof panels and toddler's water table were designed by local indigenous artist Jessica McKinnon.

Logan Central Library opened in Wilbur Street, Logan Central on 14th February 2011.
This library has had three previous locations. In the 1970's, the library was in a shop in Parklands Plaza, Ewing Road.
Library HQ was in a converted house in Jacaranda Avenue where the office of the Chief Librarian was in a former bedroom. The library then moved to the building that is currently the Logan City Council Art Gallery. It then moved into the Logan Council Administration Centre, where it stayed for 15 years. Logan Central library helps a community of 46,000 people from surrounding suburbs. The current location is close to public transport and local shopping centres. Logan Central library also has many community services nearby.
Loganlea State High School (LSHS) is a secondary school in Neridah Street at Loganlea, Logan City, Queensland, Australia, for students between years 7 and 12. The school was established in 1981 between the Logan River and the Beenleigh railway line.
It has an enrolment of 650 students and over 100 staff members. The school is co-educational with students from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Three year 8 scholarships are offered: an overall year, mathematics and science laptop, and one for dance.
